This Thursday - Blue and Gold Banquet

 February 2, is the Blue and Gold Banquet and Variety Show.
An RSVP is coming soon for food for this event.
The Talent and Variety Show sign up can be found here.
Dens should plan on presenting something that night and decorate their tables.
* Check your rank requirements. There are many awards that require you to perform for the pack.
      (For example....Webelos Showman)

Dinner will be catered by Olive Garden for $6.00 per person.
The RSVP can be found here. A headcount is VERY important.

For dessert, we will have a Dad and Lad Bakeoff!
Celebrate Scouting's Birthday with a homemade Birthday Cake.
Each scout who bakes a cake will earn a baking patch.

The night of the Blue and Gold banquet will celebrate the rank advancement the Webelos 1 from Ms Juliette's den. They will be receiving their Webelos patch!

February 5, Scout Sunday services at local churches. Contact your church to find out of they are hosting a Scout Sunday event. There will be a Catholic mass at 11am at Sacred Heart in Salinas. Email Debra for more information.

Pinnacles Camping December 2-4 With Troop 60

Families of Cub Scouts Pack 60 will be joining Scouts Troop 60 at Pinnacles on December 3 and 4. Families are welcome to come on the 2nd, please speak with Mr. Woodson regarding arrival time. Troop 60 will be working on their own merit badges in cooking, and will be preparing a spaghetti dinner on Saturday night, and a French Toast and Scrambled Eggs breakfast on Sunday morning to share with the Pack. Parent assistance with preparing meals is always welcome! We will be staying at site 120 and 121 as a Pack/Troop! If you're a family new to camping, and you prefer mattresses and a canvas cabin with 30A power there are still sites available that you can rent, please see recreation.gov  to rent your site. The group site we will be at does not have power available. It's going to be a very fun weekend with scouts working toward their adventure achievement requirements, hiking, laughing, and of course, s'mores. We hope to see you there.

Wednesday, January 24th (Spreckels Fire Company Building)Please find your scout's Derby Car number here:  Pack 60 Derby Car Numbers Weigh-in times: 5:00-5:30pm= Lions (Den 4), Tigers (Den 2) & Wolves (Den 5) 5:30-6:00pm=Bears (Den 1) & Web 1's (Den 11) 6:00-6:30pm=Web 2's (Den 3 & 6) 6:30-7:00pm=Open Registration Friendly reminder that cars will be collected that evening.   Friday, January 26th -Pinewood Derby starts at 5pm, we race by ranks, Lions and Tigers will be starting right at 5pm.
