Mandatory Parent Meeting for Pack 60 Parents

August 23, 7pm Mandatory Scout Parent meeting at Spreckels
      This will serve as our budget, planning, get on the same page meeting for the 2012-13 school year. It is VERY important that a parent attend for each scout family. Please make the time to join the pack committee as we discuss PLC responsibilities, popcorn sales, and events for the upcoming year. Parents only please.

Scout Sunday Information, Feb. 7, 2010  St. Joseph's Catholic Church 10:30, group picture rehearse processional 11:00, mass processional with scouts altar servers will be uniformed scouts 12:00, refreshments hosted by scouts attending service -All pack 60 scouts are invited to attend mass at St. Joseph's in Spreckels. Adult leaders are encouraged to wear their uniforms too. Participants should be at the church no later than 10:30 am for a group picture. Scouts do not need to be Catholic to participate in this service. Please bring either a plate of fruit or cookies to share after the mass. -I have received confirmation from scouts in pack 60, 73, 93, 13, and troop 73! If you would like to join too, please email me to RSVP as soon as possible. This is certain to be a special event. Pack 60 Upcoming November Events

Committee Meeting, October 29th, 6:30pm, BVMS Room C1 Den Leaders and Committee Members should plan on attending the Committee Meeting this Thursday.  If a Den Leader cannot attend please send someone in your place. Parents are always welcome to attend the Committee Meetings although it's not a requirement. November 11th Veteran's Day Flags, Garden of Memories, Salinas, 6:30am Join Pack 60 as we assist the American Legion raise flags on Veteran's Day at the Garden of Memories, Salinas, CA. Please note the time is 6:30am on Wednesday, November 11th. This event last approximately one hour. The poles are cold and gloves are often helpful.  November 11th, Pack Meeting/Veteran's Day Parade, Salinas We will be meeting approximately 1 hour prior to the parade start to have a quick meeting, distribute awards and march in the parade. March 12th, Trekker Hike, Garland Ranch POC: Eric Sandoval Come join us on this exciting adventure. March 17th Arrow of Light and Tiger Patch Ceremony at 6:30pm   Our Webelos 2 will be receiving their Arrow of Light. The Arrow of Light is the highest award you can receive in Cub Scouting.  Also our Tigers will be receiving their rank.  The Webelos 2 and Tigers have worked hard throughout the year to achieve these awards and we are all very proud. Do your best to be on time we will start promptly at 6:30pm so that we can enjoy the night of achievements.
