Dinner:  Catered dinner of Spaghetti with meatballs, Caesar salad, garlic bread with water or lemonade.  Pack 60 will cover the dinner cost for each Cub Scout that attends the banquet. Families, grandparents, and guests are welcome to attend (cost per person $10/each). Please RSVP at ...

Class A's for Scouts and Den Leadership. We will be taking our Den/Pack Pictures and our District Representative will be in attendance so please look your Scoutly best.

Dad & Lad Dessert Bake-Off 

 Theme: Camping

 Bake-Off Awards: A patch will be given to each Scout who brings a dessert to enter into the Dad and Lad Bake-Off. Pack Prizes will be given for: Best Overall, Most Creative, Cubmaster's Choice and The Campiest!
RULES:
1) Male cooks, advisers and clean-up crews are allowed to participate. No advice, instruction or help of any sort is allowed from females (unless there is no male Akela available).
2) Dessert and icing mixes are allowed; however, it has been past contestant's experience that the more from scratch you make it, the messier it gets. And the messier it gets, the more fun you'll have doing it!
3) ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A VISIBLE LABEL WITH THE DEN NUMBER, SCOUT NAME AND RANK.
Pinterest and google are excellent resources for ideas on Camp themed desserts, cupcakes or cakes. The possibilities are endless, have fun with this one.

Parade of Lights is Coming Up, Sunday 11/27

Where:        Parking lot south of Acacia and west of Main Street. We are entry #61. When:      Sunday, November 27th       5:30 PM, line up for the parade (it starts at 6pm) Bring:        **Please bring battery operated camping lanterns to light our way. Glow sticks, battery operated light strings, etc.         If possible, each scout should have a lantern to carry that casts a glow (not a beam). Wear:          Class A's, Santa Hats, Antlers... or holiday hats and anything that lights up! What:          Older scouts are needed to carry the Pack 60 Banner and Flags.        All participants receive a parade patch.

Pinewood Derby Weigh-in Times and Car Numbers

Wednesday, January 24th (Spreckels Fire Company Building)Please find your scout's Derby Car number here:  Pack 60 Derby Car Numbers Weigh-in times: 5:00-5:30pm= Lions (Den 4), Tigers (Den 2) & Wolves (Den 5) 5:30-6:00pm=Bears (Den 1) & Web 1's (Den 11) 6:00-6:30pm=Web 2's (Den 3 & 6) 6:30-7:00pm=Open Registration Friendly reminder that cars will be collected that evening.   Friday, January 26th -Pinewood Derby starts at 5pm, we race by ranks, Lions and Tigers will be starting right at 5pm.
