Volunteer Leadership 2022-23

Thank You Pack 60 Parent Volunteers!  
Parents are not only important to the scout, but to the pack. Parent volunteers provide all of the leadership, plan and conduct activities, and help the leaders with meetings and activities.  If no one volunteers, then we will have no pack.  If only a few people volunteer, then those people will carry a heavy load and will have a hard time making the experience as enjoyable as possible for the boys.  If many people volunteer, then our boys will have a fantastic experience.  Everyone is busy and has other commitments.  Still, we expect everyone to take on as much as they can to support the pack.  Please contact your Den Leader or Committee Chair (pack60spreckels@gmail.com) if you can help out in any way.

Here are all the details for the Blue & Gold Banquet this month along with the Dad & Lad Bake-Off rules: Date: Thursday, February 18 Time: 6:45 (Bring Cakes) 7-8:30pm (Banquet & Awards) Where: Spreckels Gym Theme: Boy Scouts of America 100 th Birthday Party Food/Service Items: Each den will provide their own potluck food, drinks, serving utensils and paper goods. Spring Overnighter Information and RSVP

2014 Spring Overnighter-Adventure Weekend Please  RSVP HERE  for the April overnighter at TORO Park Youth Overnight Area. IF you are coming and not staying overnight, please RSVP and leave a note in the comment of your RSVP on Sign Up Genius.  RSVP by Sunday, April 20th, 2013 LOCATION:  Toro Park Youth Overnight Area (YONA), because Pack 60 has rented the campground, you do not pay a fee to enter the gate to TORO. Let the ranger know you are with  Pack 60 Cub Scouts.   ARRIVE: 1:00pm, Saturday, April 26th at Toro Park Overnight Area.  On Saturday, April 26th, you may arrive at 1 p.m. to set up your tent. Saturday Dinner will start between 5:30pm-6:00pm. Saturday Campfire will begin after dinner approximately 7:30pm. Wolves will be advancing Saturday night at Campfire. Please note: Webelos and Bears will arrive Friday afternoon. Webelos I and Bears will be advancing Friday night at 7:30pm. DEPART: Sunday, April 27th before 12pm. Leave no trace before you leave. COST:  $
