Pack WOLF Shirt Orders

Its time to place your order for new Class B shirts. Pack 60 has red wolf sweatshirts and gray tees. Adults, don't forget to order yours too!
Many scouts in this photo are wearing their class B uniform at the trash pickup event. Pack 60 also wears class B uniforms for trekker hikes, downhill derbies, overnighters, parades, and messy scouting activities!

Please turn in your order form to Debra at either the picnic or the pack meeting on SEPT 1.
The order will be placed in SEPT so that cubs can have their new gear as soon as possible.

Don't forget to build your scout rocket for the SEPT 1 meeting! Bobcats will also be awarded to all new scouts who have completed their Bobcat requirements. If you need help with the bobcat requirements, look here: BOBCAT INFORMATION
Parents of new scouts, you are their AKELA and determine if they have met the requirements. Please prepare your scout BY SEPT 1 so that they may participate in the ceremony. If you have questions, send an email to pack60spreckels@gmail.com.

Pinnacles Camping December 2-4 With Troop 60

Families of Cub Scouts Pack 60 will be joining Scouts Troop 60 at Pinnacles on December 3 and 4. Families are welcome to come on the 2nd, please speak with Mr. Woodson regarding arrival time. Troop 60 will be working on their own merit badges in cooking, and will be preparing a spaghetti dinner on Saturday night, and a French Toast and Scrambled Eggs breakfast on Sunday morning to share with the Pack. Parent assistance with preparing meals is always welcome! We will be staying at site 120 and 121 as a Pack/Troop! If you're a family new to camping, and you prefer mattresses and a canvas cabin with 30A power there are still sites available that you can rent, please see recreation.gov  to rent your site. The group site we will be at does not have power available. It's going to be a very fun weekend with scouts working toward their adventure achievement requirements, hiking, laughing, and of course, s'mores. We hope to see you there.

Pinewood Derby Weigh-in Times and Car Numbers

Wednesday, January 24th (Spreckels Fire Company Building)Please find your scout's Derby Car number here:  Pack 60 Derby Car Numbers Weigh-in times: 5:00-5:30pm= Lions (Den 4), Tigers (Den 2) & Wolves (Den 5) 5:30-6:00pm=Bears (Den 1) & Web 1's (Den 11) 6:00-6:30pm=Web 2's (Den 3 & 6) 6:30-7:00pm=Open Registration Friendly reminder that cars will be collected that evening.   Friday, January 26th -Pinewood Derby starts at 5pm, we race by ranks, Lions and Tigers will be starting right at 5pm.
