IMPORTANT DATE CHANGE FOR FLAGS
Pack 60,
We have learned that due to the city parade on Sunday the memorial flags will now be unfurled on MONDAY in honor of Veterans.

Help display memorial flags in honor of Veterans with the American Legion.

When: MONDAY, 11/12/12      6:45 am - 7:45 am
Where: 850 Abbott Street, Salinas / Garden of Memories
What: Help hang memorial flags in honor of deceased veterans
Wear: Class A Uniform, if chilly put a simple long sleeve shirt underneath.

       Scouts should strive to look their best as this is a formal and very important ceremony for the American Legion. This is an opportunity to practice service, respect, and responsibility. Please greet the veterans with manners and remember we are there to help them honor deceased veterans.
NO RSVP required. Please just show up. We generally have 20 or more people who participate.

Pack Meeting   Tuesday, October 11th from 6:30-8:00.  Spreckels Elementary Auditorium Note: Popcorn Orders and Dues ($100) are due. Zooventure 1 Day Cub Scout Camp. WHEN: October 15th from 9:00am-3:30pm WHO: The Zooventure is open to all registered Cub Scouts (Lions to Webelos) in the Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council. Pack Meeting, Thursday, Sept. 15th from 6:30-8:00, Spreckels School Auditorium A few highlights: Welcome New Families  (Tiger Families  click here ) •     Summer Awards     •     Webelos II Den’s will do opening/closing flags Please note: All scouts should practice the Scout Oath and Scout Law for the meeting (don't worry we'll have cheat sheets).  Dress: Class A's.
