Hope everyone has a great first day back at school! Pack 60  will be keeping the summer fun going a little longer with a pool party at the Las Palmas 2 Pool! This event counts towards your summer activity requirement. What to bring: Your suits, goggles, towel and cub scout spirit! RSVP by Friday, August 18th. Hope all our Scout dad’s had a wonderful Father’s Day! Here are the upcoming summer events for Pack 60: June 20-24, Cub Scout Day Camp, Toro Park POC needed, sign up here: POC SIGN UP LINK POC for Day Camp is easy, just write down the list of Pack 60 Scouts attending Day Camp and send to pack60spreckels@gmail.com . July 4th Parade and Cotton Candy Booth POC: Eric Sandoval Parade : (Class A's) Line up by 11:45 in front of the Spreckels Veterans Memorial building near the flag. We are in the front of the parade, please be prompt. Look for uniformed scouts and leaders. No sign up for this event, just show up. Each Cub Scout who participates in the parade needs to sign up for a slot to sell cotton candy with a parent to receive credit for this Summertime activity.  Cotton Candy:    (Class A's)   Pack 60 sells Cotton Candy on the 4th of July. Pack Meeting, Thursday, Sept. 15th from 6:30-8:00, Spreckels School Auditorium A few highlights: Welcome New Families  (Tiger Families  click here ) •     Summer Awards     •     Webelos II Den’s will do opening/closing flags Please note: All scouts should practice the Scout Oath and Scout Law for the meeting (don't worry we'll have cheat sheets).  Dress: Class A's. Blue/khaki shirt, rank hat, neckerchief and slide. Pack 60 does not require uniform pants, jeans/shorts/pants are fine. 2.
