Parents and Den Leaders:
  • Please input awards into Scout Book by Monday at 5pm. If you have any questions please contact Advancement Chair Alissa
  • Wolves(2nd graders), Bears and Webelos 1's-you should be at 100% for your rank in Scout Book. At the Scout Shop we cannot purchase your son's new rank if it's not in Scout Book.

Hope all our Scout dad’s had a wonderful Father’s Day! Here are the upcoming summer events for Pack 60: June 20-24, Cub Scout Day Camp, Toro Park POC needed, sign up here: POC SIGN UP LINK POC for Day Camp is easy, just write down the list of Pack 60 Scouts attending Day Camp and send to pack60spreckels@gmail.com . July 4th Parade and Cotton Candy Booth POC: Eric Sandoval Parade : (Class A's) Line up by 11:45 in front of the Spreckels Veterans Memorial building near the flag. We are in the front of the parade, please be prompt. Look for uniformed scouts and leaders. No sign up for this event, just show up. Each Cub Scout who participates in the parade needs to sign up for a slot to sell cotton candy with a parent to receive credit for this Summertime activity.  Cotton Candy:    (Class A's)   Pack 60 sells Cotton Candy on the 4th of July. Pack Meeting   Tuesday, October 11th from 6:30-8:00.  Spreckels Elementary Auditorium Note: Popcorn Orders and Dues ($100) are due. Zooventure 1 Day Cub Scout Camp. WHEN: October 15th from 9:00am-3:30pm WHO: The Zooventure is open to all registered Cub Scouts (Lions to Webelos) in the Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council. EACH CUB SCOUT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT WHAT: Come and enjoy the fun and excitement of touring the Monterey Zoo and Cub Camp Activities. Pack Meeting Reminder and Coastal Clean Up Saturday, Sept. 17th

Pack Meeting, Thursday, Sept. 15th from 6:30-8:00, Spreckels School Auditorium A few highlights: Welcome New Families  (Tiger Families  click here ) •     Summer Awards     •     Webelos II Den’s will do opening/closing flags Please note: All scouts should practice the Scout Oath and Scout Law for the meeting (don't worry we'll have cheat sheets).  Dress: Class A's. Blue/khaki shirt, rank hat, neckerchief and slide. Pack 60 does not require uniform pants, jeans/shorts/pants are fine. 2.
